My take on Imbibe’s recipe

Combine in a boston shaker with ice:

  • 1.5 oz. bourbon (in this case, Basil Hayden’s)
  • 0.5 oz. homemade lavender syrup
  • 0.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Using the back of a spoon, pour 0.5 oz. of Cynar on top for the float.

Rhuby Gin & Tonic

Combine in a boston shaker with ice:

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 0.5 oz. homemade rhubarb syrup
  • 0.5 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

Pour over ice, add tonic and garnish with a fresh lime wheel or thin stick of fresh rhubarb.
