My take on Imbibe’s recipe
Combine in a boston shaker with ice:
- 1.5 oz. bourbon (in this case, Basil Hayden’s)
- 0.5 oz. homemade lavender syrup
- 0.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Using the back of a spoon, pour 0.5 oz. of Cynar on top for the float.
